In how we see ourselves
What we say to ourselves about ourselves is key. It defines us and determines how we feel. It guides us in an empowering way and it can also be deeply disempowering. As a result of this, women’s confidence is critical and precious. Research clearly shows that women’s self-confidence tends to be lower than for men so it is worthy of nurturing and supporting. Elva works with a methodology specially created to bolster and protect the self-identity in order to promote growth and empowerment.
